  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.

  • You can track your order in real-time using the provided tracking link.


5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your address and contact details are correct while placing the order.

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect information, Cologne House will not be responsible.

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim.

  • Without an unboxing video, requests will not be accepted.
