Return & Refund Policy

At Cologne House, we are committed to delivering premium quality fragrances. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility (Damaged Products Only)

We offer refunds only in case of damaged products received by the customer.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be physically damaged at the time of delivery

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video as proof

⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory. Without this, no refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Return Eligibility (Wrong Product Delivered)

We accept returns only if you receive a different product than what you ordered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Supporting proof (images/video) must be provided


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Fragrance preference issues (e.g., you didn’t like the smell)

  • Minor packaging defects (without product damage)

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Used or partially used products


4. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method


5. Important Notes

  • Always record a complete unboxing video from start to end without cuts

  • Make sure the shipping label and package are clearly visible in the video

  • Claims without proper proof will not be entertained
